Man, has it ever been a long time.  I haven't been here for quite some time, and to be totally honest, it's because I just haven't done anything.  I've barely doodled since I graduated.  Pretty much every time I pick up a pen I do a couple of strokes, decide it sucks and put the pen away for another few months.  I know this is a really bad attitude to have, especially because at this point, I need improvement and I'll never improve if I don't try.  I suppose I need to suck it up and accept that not every sketch is going to wow me.  I promise though, I'll get on it. I guess that's it for right now, but I'll be back.

It's been a long, long time since I've done anything. I have a reproduction of "Elephant of the Celebes"(or Elephant Celebes, whatever it is) by Max Ernst that I've been dying to put up.  I did it for Art class in late spring, and I am really pleased with how it turned out.  Though I didn't do the background, basket on the elephant's back, and texture on the woman's body as well as I would have liked, due to limited time.  The colour is also slightly off, but it's a hard fucking colour to make. Any way, I need to get my art on.  One of my New Year's resolutions is to catch up on it.  I promise, I'll have it up soon enough.  Not that there's
